Office Hours:
Winter Hours: 8am to 5pm daily
Summer hours: 9am to 6pm daily.
We are closed on New Year's Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
Tours:
Tours are available daily during office hours. Tours are not performed after dusk.
Clubhouse:
Our clubhouse is available year round. Residents are welcome to use it daily during office hours. It has two billiard tables, table tennis, 61" big screen t.v. with VHS/DVD player, full-size kitchen, business center with computers, fax machine and copier, cozy fireplace lounge and fitness center. Our clubhouse is also available for rent for parties and events. Residents can rent this facility until midnight with a $150.00 rental fee and $350.00 standard deposit. The deposit may be higher depending on the type of party and amount of people attending. The deposit is refundable if the clubhouse is returned to the condition it was found in and all reservation policies were adhered to. Please contact the rental office for more information regarding our clubhouse reservation policies.
Swimming Pool and Spa:
Our swimming pool and spa are open year round from 8am to 10pm. Two guests per apartment are allowed at the pool and spa area. We do not have a lifeguard on duty. Residents who are under the age of 14 must be under adult supervision.
Fitness Center:
Our fitness center is open year round with extended hours. Residents have access to the fitness center through the side door until 10pm. It is equipped with a variety of equipment such as an air walker, treadmill, weights, and fitness bikes. It can only be used by residents who are at least 18 years of age. One guest per apartment is allowed.
Utilities:
Residents are responsible for paying all utilities and must have an account with Southern California Edison by their move in day. The water, trash and gas account will be set up by the rental office through Minol Energy and Utility Management.

Service Requests:
Residents can submit a service request through our website on the Resident Services page, by completing a service request in the office or by calling the office.

Parking:
All vehicles parked overnight within our community must have a parking sticker displayed on the driver's side of the rear window. Guests may receive a temporary parking sticker in the rental office when they have submitted copies of their vehicle registration, proof of insurance and photo ID. Vehicles without a parking sticker should park out on the circle to avoid a citation or being towed.
Maintenance Emergency:
A maintenance emergency is to be reported immediately to the rental office or my calling the maintenance pager if it is after hours. Maintenance pager is: (949) 455-6051
Emergencies Consist Of:
- Toilet leaking or overflowing
- Slab leak
- Dishwasher overflowing
- Roof leak
- Anything that is causing water damage to the apartment
- Shower mixet broken (if you have only one shower)
- Toilet not flushing (if you have only one toilet)
- No hot water
- Garbage disposal not working and both sides of your sink are clogged
- Smell gas
- Key or lock is broken
- No power- electrical problem
Non-Emergencies Consist Of:
- Garbage disposal not working
- Lights out
- Electricity shut off due to non-payment
Suggestion:
If you need to shut off water in your apartment, you can use the valves located behind your toilet and underneath all sinks.
